What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

6 Transfer of personal data

6.1 The transfer of personal data to other companies shall not occur. With the exception of service providers for IT services such as Hano, PayPal, MailChimp, WordPress, etc. as a subcontractor of billing and news broadcasting. Here the person information will be limited to: name, Phone no, and email address and service / product interests.


Only trusted employees, representatives and suppliers with a work-related need, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, have access to your personal information and only to the extent necessary to provide a performance to us or act on our behalf. There is also a duty of confidentiality. Ex. News broadcasts, financial claims, reminders, debt collection claims etc.

6.4 We will transfer your personal information to PayPal for payment transactions. Mailchimp (with the possibility of changing to another service provider) for mailing of newsletters and service information. The transfer of personal data is done in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including entering into and processing data processing agreements with our data processors, but so that personal data is processed only within the stated purposes and so that appropriate security measures are in place.

6.5 Personal information we have collected from you shall not be passed on to other countries, companies or organizations without further ado or with your or our explicit consent. Beyond the services mentioned above.

We reserve the right to update the terms on an ongoing basis in accordance with public promises.

6.6 Location of data storage

By using the website or signing up for a newsletter, registering a profile or requesting information / material sent to you, you agree to the conditions for registering your personal information with Conflict Prevention Group via PayPal, Mail Chimp. This will be your email address, IP address, your residence and name.

This information may be stored on servers in countries other than the Nordic countries, but of a limited nature, cf. section 6.1. Also, please note that if you are located in countries other than Norway, Sweden, Denmark, your data may be stored in your country of residence and have its own applicable laws.

Any data leaks are handled and reported to the Data Inspectorate and the respective parties immediately in accordance with Norwegian and Swedish legislation.
